About the Role

Our platform is leveraged by agencies that specialize in public affairs, digital engagement, and issue advocacy. We are looking to hire a full-time, dedicated Agency Sales Representative to join our team and focus on agency accounts.


  • Leverage your existing agency network to own and navigate the business development cycle from prospecting, preparing, and presenting through to closing
  • Secure and conduct online demonstrations with prospects
  • Own the entire agency relationship
  • Work collaboratively with OneClickPolitics’ leadership team to ensure we have the sales collateral and resources necessary to win in the marketplace
  • Become a domain expert and define new best practices to solve agency needs and their customer’s needs
  • Develop a strong understanding of key competitors and understanding of how our products compare/contrast
  • Drive OneClickPolitics agency adoption while maintaining strong renewal rates
  • Effectively coordinate with customer support team to proactively address support needs


  • Deep, existing network of agency contacts
  • Proven relationship-building skills to generate new business opportunities
  • 3+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred) with high volume of outreach using cold outbound activities and existing networks
  • Strong opportunity-qualification skills
  • Forward-thinking, consultative approach to finding solutions for all agency types
  • Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Dedicated, meticulous user of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce

Location: Washington D.C. – Baltimore Area

Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience plus commission
