Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive will play a critical role on a start-up team for a technology company that is radically changing digital advocacy and stakeholder engagement for corporations, associations, and non-profits. We are looking for an ambitious, charismatic, and very hard-working individual who can work with Director, VP, and C-level executives to adopt the OneClickPolitics advocacy software solution. In this role you will act as a thought-leader in the digital advocacy field. The ideal candidate will also possess great problem-solving and creative thinking skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will improve our client’s ability to advocate for the public policy outcomes they desire through the use of our technology.


  • Indefatigable work ethic and passion for success
  • Proven experience selling SaaS enterprise solutions (4+ years)
  • Consistent proven ability to always exceed monthly/quarterly quota
  • Demonstrated success selling professional services coupled with software solutions
  • Ability to build and manage a large pipeline of ongoing sales opportunities effectively
  • Demonstrated success drafting proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Great listener, educator, and persuasive communicator
  • Demonstrates patience, determination, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a high degree of creativity
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
